the location was decent, realy close to some shops n places to eat. the building had some charm and there were nice outdoor areas to chill. the bed was comfy and the room was clean even tho it was small.
but the room was tiny with a broken toilet seat and the service was super unprofessional. we walked in and the smell was really bad like drug or something.

Our family had a decent stay, enjoying the cozy private bathroom and the comfy beds, which were a solid bonus for us. The garden area was a nice spot to chill, and we loved the little kids' play corner – it was perfect for our little ones. Just a heads-up, the furniture showed a bit of wear, but it didn't ruin our time! 😊

Stayed at the Queens for one night and it was a mixed bag. The location was great for my business meetings, making it very convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which set a positive tone for the stay. My room was clean with fresh bedding, a key factor for comfort. the room felt a bit cramped, and I noticed noise disturbances from outside, which made it hard to relax completely. The shower had some issues, and I wished there were more amenities in the room, like a functioning TV remote. it met my basic needs but didn’t quite exceed expectations.

A great place for a last-minute stop. I appreciated the cozy common area and convenient tea-making facilities in my room. While basic, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for football fans. Consider staying midweek for quieter nights.
